Please respond promptly. It creates alot more work for me to have to track teams down.

SJAI.Green ROSTERING: Let me know immediately what the status of your roster is with the UPA. TOMORROW is the deadline for getting paperwork into the UPA. If your team has not been entered into the online UPA rostering database, I am assuming you have sent in a paper roster and the UPA has yet to file the paperwork. If this is not the case let me know immediately. Please keep in mind that I am not collecting any paperwork the day of the tournament. Detailed instructions on what needs to be done are online right here.
SJAI.Blue HOUSING: Housing assignments will be made over the next couple weeks. The tournament's housing coordinator is Rae Ann Knopf. She will be contacting you in the next couple weeks with information on where you will be staying. Here is what I know of for housing requirements. Please let me know immediately if your team's information needs to be updated.

Here are some other important notes about housing:
1) Everyone needs to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow
2) Showers will be provided on the SJA campus, not at your host's house.
3) Your team is responsible for arranging your own meals. (Except for Sat. dinner if you're attending.)
SJAI.Pink GEAR: Tournament t-shirts and discs will be on sale at the tournament. A large version of the tournament design can be viewed right here .
SJAI.Red SCHEDULE:

Saturday

Noon - Opening Ceremonies -- ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES
12:30 - Start of first round
6:30 - End of round 3
7pm - Dinner

Sunday
8am - Start of round 4
6pm - Awards ceremony

A complete schedule will be sent out soon. Pools will be determined in the next couple weeks once there are some more scores in the UPA database. Please make sure you report all of your scores to the UPA database online right here.
SJAI.White DINNER: The tournament dinner will be at 7pm on Saturday. It costs $6 per person. Here is who has currently paid to attend:
