SJA Invite 2007 - NE Girls Pickup Team |

 Every year we have held the
SJA Invite we have put together at least one New England pickup girls
team. This year we are going to do the same thing.
To play on the team all you need to do is be a UPA member
and get to St. Johnsbury. That's it. The tournament fee is waived for
pick up players and your meals and housing will be provided.
If you're interested in playing on the team you need to email me at

Once you've emailed me that information you can expect a reply back
rather quickly about the status of the team. Right now I can't
guarantee the team is going to happen, but it has formed the last two
years so chances are it will form again this year. I will theoretically
be accepting pickup players up until mid-April, but it would be really
helpful if you could email me much sooner than that if you're
interested in playing on the team. I would absolutely love to be able
to form two pickup teams, so spread the word!
The team will be coached and will have at least several experienced
players playing on it as captains. Depending on the strength of the
team and the number of teams attending the tournament, the team might
be in either the A or the B division. The team will play at least 5
games.
