I will endeavor to keep this page updated with all the information I have on New England youth Ultimate tournaments. If you have information that should be added, please let me know. All of the information on this page is from what I have put together from various websites, conversations with TDs, and past experience.

Comments: The date is set. Annual meeting held by Jim Pistrang ( ) and Tiina Booth( ). Eveyone mingles, eats great food, and schedules like crazy. For more information click here.

Name: First CT Ultimate League Tournament
Location: Ridgefield High School, Ridgefield CT
Date: Sunday, 4/9

Comments: This is the first year of the CT Ultimate League, which will feature three tournaments over the course of the season to determine a state champion. Priority will be given to teams from CT, yet there should be space for teams from out-of-state.

Comments: The date is set. This year, in addition to A and B Open divisions, there will be a girls division. NMH finally has a Varsity girls team. Hooray! The tourney bid sheet is available right here.

Comments: The date is set. Open division only. There were 10-12 teams there each day last year. Tommy puts on a good show.

Comments: Last year John put together a 5 team round robin at Amherst Regional High School. No word on if this is happening again.

Comments: The date is set. This will be the third year of the Darrow Tourney. It's only for first and second year players. A fantastic event for new teams to attend. Well worth the trip. The tourney bid sheet is available right here.

Comments: The date is set. The premier high school Ultimate tournament. Three divisions: ten team Open A and B divisions and an 8 team Girls division. So, so much fun. Worth the trip just to watch the games.

Comments: Please note that this year, this is one of the three CT Ultimate league tournaments, and as such, priority will be given to teams in the league. Stay tuned for bids for non-league teams. Traditionally a Mother's Day tournament. Fantastic hosts, absolutely gorgeous campus and spirit.

Name: Greenfield Junior Ultimate Tournament

Comments: The date is set. Last year the tourney had three divisions: Open A and B and a Mixed division. One of the very few youth tournaments with Mixed division. Due to Eastern's Amherst and NMH won't be attending. In the words of the TD, "The A division is wide open."

Comments: The date is set. The championship tourney, open only to members of the New England Prep School Ultimate League. This year, for the first time, there might be a Girls division. Right now there aren't quite enough girls teams, but maybe they will pop up!

Comments: One of two Middle School tournaments in New England. $35 team entry fee. Water, a disc, and a team box containing fruit & bagels are provided for each team. Visiting teams will each play 3 or 4 games.

Comments: The date is set. 10 womens teams and 10 open teams. I'm currently working to figure out if the tournament will be an all weekend event for both divisions, or if one division will play each day. More info soon.

Comments: For the last two years Tommy has run two qualifiers on the two Saturdays before the NE championship. Last year each tournament had a MA qualifier bracket, and a New England bracket. A great way to get a bunch of games in against teams you prolly haven't played before.

Name: New England Championships / MA State Champs
Location: Fort Devens, Devens (Ayers), MA

Comments: The date is set. Last year they combined the MA state champs into the NE champs, and the winner of the NE bracket (NE states besides MA) played the winner of the MA bracket. Last year Dover, NH earned the chance to be throttled by Amherst Varsity. There is also a Girls division.
