Please look it over and let me know if there are any mistakes or any changes that you're going to need to make now or down the road.

Remember that all paperwork MUST be COMPLETED by Friday, 4/11. Paperwork information can be found right here.

Notes:
1) At least one chaperone MUST stay with their team at all times. This includes overnight time in a host's house. At NO TIME can a team be left without a chaperone in a host's house.
2) The SJAI 2008 will be active in the UPA's rostering database in about 2 weeks. This SHOULD NOT stop you from collecting UPA numbers and forms RIGHT NOW.
